Kristen F. of Skein Australia has one of the most fearless and nuanced approaches to hand dyeing yarns. Skein's signature style features unexpected colour cominbations and variegated colourways that have short, random colour repeats. This technique helps to minimise 'pooling' and produces a fabric which is dappled in colour. All of her yarns are dyed by her and then set to dry on the sunny northern coast of New South Wales in Australia.
We also carry Skein's semi-solid colourways that pair beautiful with the mysteriously gorgeous tonal yarns.
Please note: yarns are dyed in batches, please make sure that you order enough yarn for your project as dye lots do vary between batches and colourways may not perfectly match.
