CONTACTING US: Please email us at  We generally respond within 72 hours. Faster during weekdays and slower on weekends.  If you do not hear from us within 72 hours, please email us again as your message may not have been received.  There is no need to email us multiple times.  

FULFILLMENT UPDATE: Order fulfillment has largely returned to normal, except as noted. We generally ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Sundays.  Most orders ship out within 1-3 days.  

Delays are to be expected as a result of extraordinary package volume, bad weather and other acts of God. 

Please note that Fedex has suspended its money-back guarantee on all classes of service that we utilize.  We do not refund postage, both USPS or Fedex, as a result of late packages either. 

If you absolutely need a package by a certain time, please email us in advance to make arrangements. 

While most domestic package transit times have normalized, please continue to expect delays for certain international shipments as there is significantly less international cargo capacity than before.

We ship the majority of our packages using UPS, USPS or Fedex. Please allow for more time than normal for packages to arrive.  We recommend customers sending to international destinations to please check the link next to "USPS International by Country" (listed below) for the latest country by country update.
