FULFILLMENT UPDATE: Order fulfillment has largely returned to normal, except as noted. We generally ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Sundays. Most orders ship out within 1-3 days.
Delays are to be expected as a result of extraordinary package volume, bad weather and other acts of God. Most transit times are returning to pre-Holiday normal during COVID times. However, a small portion of USPS packages remain severely delayed. The transit time for Priority and First Class mail is the same -- in fact, some First Class mail is arriving before Priority.
Fedex is also experiencing some delays, though less prevalent than the USPS. Please note that Fedex has suspended its money-back guarantee on all classes of service that we utilize. We do not refund postage, both USPS or Fedex, as a result of late packages either.
If you absolutely need a package by a certain time, please email us in advance to make arrangements.
Additionally, please continue to expect delays for international shipments as there is significantly less international cargo capacity than before.
COVID-19 NOTICE: We're based in New York City, which is currently advising that all residents healthy or sick stay at home as much as possible. Currently, all of our team members are healthy. We have increased cleaning and sanitizing in our Flatiron studio, and only one team member is allowed in the studio to fill orders at any given time.

We ship the majority of our packages using USPS or Fedex. Please allow for more time than normal for packages to arrive.
