République du Chiffon's "Victoire" Dress Pattern
Victoire is an easy-to-wear winter dress that fits all figures. Its bloused top and flared skirt, enhanced by a waistband and slim-fitting peplums, define your waist and lengthen your legs. Circular shapes on the skirt, a center back zip and its volume make Victoire a modern and feminine dress.
