The Assembly Line Sweden's "Elastic Waist Maxi Skirt" Pattern

Maxi skirt shaped with an elasticated waistband for ultimate comfort. It features large patch pockets and decorative stitchings. Mix and match with different tops when you navigate your styling from week to weekend. 

Seam allowances are included in the pattern.

Size: XS-L (Swedish Sizing)

Difficulty: Very Easy

Suggested Fabrics:  light to midweight fabrics such as cotton poplin, denim, wool, faux leather, cotton twill. 

Fabric needed:

  • Fabric width 140-150 cm: XS-L 2.1 m 

You will also need:

  • Fusible interfacing
  • Thread
  • Elastic tape width 10 cm: XS 70 cm, S 80 cm, M 90 cm, L 100 cm
  • Option: If you cannot find an elastic waistband this wide you can use any width you prefer. But make sure to reduce the width of the fabric waistband to this formula - The width of the elastic waistband x 2 + 2,5 cm.
