Atelier Scämmit's "Pepa" Blouse Pattern

Blouse with a round neckline with a little V notch finished with a concealed bindind or a facing. Butonned-down back and long sleeves finished with a gathered flounce. Can be made into a blouse with a gathered basque, with or without sleeves.
